This book is aimed at consistently stating facts about offense against the person and abuse of civil liberties and rights amid civil confrontations in Ukraine from February 22 to late May of 2014. The book includes information on actions of government bodies, non-government structures and paramilitary groups that violate international human rights law.
The book seeks to help all concerned international and non-governmental organizations to better understand the nature of large-scale violations of human rights in Ukraine and focus their effort on preventing further escalation of violence and offenses against the person.
