NIJINSKY: GOD’S MAD CLOWN premiered at the University of Iowa on October 29th, 1986, subsequently won the 1987 American College Theatre Festival award for an original play, and was presented for a limited run at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. in April, 1987, under the direction of Cosmo A. Catalano, with set and lighting design by David Thayer, costume design by Linda Roethke, sound design by Steven D. Barber, and incidental choreogra¬phy by William Kirkpatrick.
